This image is special to me as this is the small California town I grew up in.
Anyone who knows beaches will tell you that Carmel Beach is by far the finest beach in the state. This image was taken at the magic hour right after sunset. The colors are beyond description. The title is a bit misleading as Dawn Patrol is a morning activity, but I like it, so there!
